Lost or Damaged Packages

OhDangStore is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist in any way we can, but please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
